End of Tenancy Specialist - 12-Month FTC (Part-Time)

Charters, part of Lomond, is recruiting for an End of Tenancy Consultant in Southampton. This 12-month fixed-term, part-time role offers a 9am-5pm schedule over three days per week and a pro rata salary of £27,500.

You will manage tenancies from inventories to refunds and liaise with landlords and tenants throughout the process. You should bring property management experience, strong organisational skills and knowledge of UK legislation.
