Enabling Works Manager - Civil Infrastructure (Freelance)

Bimplus is seeking a Freelance Works Manager to lead enabling works for major civils contracts in the North West. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate with Project Manager, Site Agents, engineers and subcontractors, and ensure safety, programme, and quality on enabling works.

The role focuses on early-stage construction activities, site establishment, haul roads, earthworks and logistics, demanding adherence to RAMS, ITPs and strict health and environmental standards.
