We're also proud to be part of Octopus, the £multi billion group that's on a mission to breathe new life into broken industries, through companies like Octopus Energy, Octopus Investments and Octopus Money.

Check out the Seccl website for the latest on our products and our mission to shape the future of investments.

The role

Our enablement team helps keep Seccl running smoothly, unlocks efficiency and drives the strategic projects that fuel our future.

We're a small, dynamic team of strategic thinkers, creative problem solvers and hands on doers. As our enablement manager, you'll sit at the heart of how we run and improve our business - keeping the wheels turning while building a better engine along the way.

This is a varied, fast paced and high impact role with loads of opportunity to grow. You'll play a hands on role in making things better - partnering with others to solve problems, deliver strategic projects, improve processes and help us become more efficient as we scale. You'll also own the day to day rhythm of the business, support our operational governance forums and provide impactful insights through our MI and reporting.

You'll be a blend of a senior business analyst and project manager - commercially minded, delivery focused and great with people. You'll thrive on turning complex problems into clear plans, rolling up your sleeves to make things happen and bringing teams together to deliver outcomes that make a real difference.

On a typical day you will
  • Lead cross functional projects that make Seccl run better - identifying pain points, designing practical improvements, and keeping delivery on track
  • Drive strategic initiatives from idea to impact - managing timelines, aligning teams and removing blockers along the way
  • Keep the business moving smoothly - coordinating governance forums, preparing materials, and ensuring clear decisions and follow through
  • Turn data into action - analysing performance and producing MI and insights that help leaders make better decisions
  • Partner with teams across Seccl to improve how we work - balancing structure and flexibility to design scalable, efficient processes

  • You're analytical and comfortable with data - confident working with numbers to turn analysis into clear, actionable insight
  • You're organised and structured - able to manage timelines, coordinate inputs and keep teams aligned and accountable
  • You're a clear and confident communicator - skilled at simplifying complex ideas, preparing crisp materials and bringing people with you. Building consensus and influencing teams to reach shared, aligned outcomes is key to success
  • You're a logical and curious problem solver - you like untangling problems, finding root causes and designing practical, lasting solutions
  • You thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment - adaptable, proactive and comfortable balancing structure with flexibility
  • You're collaborative and dependable - someone people trust to bring clarity, follow through on commitments and make things better Experience in start ups, scale ups, financial services and/or fintech is helpful but not essential - curiosity, drive and adaptability matter most.
This role isn't for you if
  • You rely on a lot of top down direction. Here, you'll have a lot of freedom and ownership of your role, and you'll be expected to shape your own progression
  • You're not comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Our speed and scalability are what set us apart; you need to be able to act quickly and think on your feet
  • You struggle to follow through on ideas. We value people who do what they say they will. If you care about something, you have the freedom here to make it happen
  • You don't like change. You'll get on great here if you relish the ambiguity of rapid growthand and are willing to embrace uncertainty
