Job Title: Site Coordinator
Rate £30 per hour PAYE/£40.55 UMB
Location: Able Seaton Port
Contract Type: Temporary (6 months)
Our client, a leading player in the energy sector, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EN-Site Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Able Seaton. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about ensuring the successful execution of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact on-site, interacting with all stakeholders involved in project execution, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Manage daily planning and execution tasks, as directed by the Site Manager, contributing to the safe and efficient operation of the construction site.
- Collect, verify, and consolidate data reports, such as DPRs, KPI reports, and crew change lists, while providing feedback on any discrepancies to the relevant data owners.
- Organise transportation and accommodation for site personnel, ensuring compliance with the project-specific transport concept.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and site personnel, maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate and organise meetings on-site, preparing and distributing meeting minutes for effective communication.
- Actively support health and safety initiatives, participating in toolbox talks and safety campaigns to promote a safe working environment.
- Maintain office supplies and manage purchase orders as needed, ensuring efficient administrative operations.
- Update and maintain essential records, including personnel data, certificates, and training details, ensuring compliance with internal and client systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in office/business administration or a relevant role, with qualifications in secretarial studies being an advantage.
- Familiarity with office management procedures,
- Exceptional communication skills in multicultural environments, with proficiency in English.
- Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook and Office 365 (Word, Excel, OneDrive).
- Strong organisational skills, self-motivated and trustworthy, with a focus on quality and customer service.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and a keen interest in construction projects.
