Employment Specialist: One-to-One Path to Work (Hybrid)

Gloucestershire County Council is recruiting Employment Specialists to deliver personalised, one to one support for individuals overcoming barriers to work. You'll operate within the Gloucestershire Employment and Skills Hub and work with partners and employers to create inclusive pathways to sustainable employment.

The role focuses on profiling, goal setting, and employment planning, with a strong emphasis on partnership and local labour market knowledge. Hybrid working options are available.
