Employment Specialist (IPS - Supported Employment)

Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking an Employment Specialist to support residents into paid, sustainable employment using IPS and SEQF models. You will work with people facing barriers, co-design action plans, and provide coaching and job search support.

You will collaborate with clinicians, social workers, and community partners, delivering personalised employability sessions and maintaining detailed records to meet funding requirements.
