Employment Specialist: Help People Thrive in Work (Hybrid)

Norfolk and Waveney Mind is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist - Connect to Work to help people with mental health conditions gain and sustain paid employment. The role blends community based client work with remote administrative tasks, covering South Norfolk and nearby areas, with travel across the locality.

You will assist with CVs, interview preparation, and staying healthy at work, while advocating with employers about the IPS service and sourcing opportunities from local employers.
