Employment Specialist: Community & Employer Engagement

Seetec Group Ltd. in London-Kensington is seeking an Employment Specialist to support participants with health needs and learning disabilities toward sustainable employment.

You will manage a caseload, assess needs, develop action plans, and coordinate interventions with partners to help progression into work. You will build relationships with local employers, assist with job applications, interviews, and in-work support while ensuring data protection and safeguarding compliance.
