The Role

• Join an established Employment team as a Senior Associate, working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers.
• Manage a broad and technically varied caseload across contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Advise a diverse employer client base including SMEs, major corporates, PLCs and public sector organisations.
• Handle complex Employment Tribunal litigation alongside strategic advisory matters.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients while building your own profile and network.
• Play an active role in business development, pitches and wider marketing initiatives.
• Support and mentor junior lawyers within the team.
• Work collaboratively with Employment colleagues across the wider firm.
• Hybrid working available.

You

• An experienced Employment Solicitor ready to operate at Senior Associate level.
• Strong experience across employment advisory and contentious matters.
• Comfortable managing your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
• Able to build strong and commercially focused relationships with employer clients.
• An interest in business development and growing client relationships.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues would be advantageous.
• Commercial, personable and comfortable working collaboratively within a wider team.
