Employment Solicitor - Aberdeen
An established Aberdeen employment team is looking for an Employment Solicitor at NQ to 3 years' PQE to join its growing practice, handling a broad range of advisory and contentious matters for employer clients.
You'll work alongside experienced employment lawyers, advising businesses across multiple sectors while building your technical knowledge and client skills within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

The role
- Advise employers on employment law and workplace issues
- Assist with and run Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting ET3s
- Prepare employment contracts, policies and procedures
- Advise on settlement agreements and employee relations matters
- Support corporate transactions involving employment law considerations
- Contribute to training sessions and client updates
About you
- Newly qualified to 3 years' PQE, with employment law experience gained during your traineeship or post-qualification
- Exposure to advising employer clients
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Organised and able to manage a varied workload
- Commercially minded, with a keen interest in developing your employment practice
