An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join a highly regarded Employment team based in Glasgow, acting for employer clients across a range of sectors both nationally and internationally. The role combines advisory, contentious and transactional employment work, with genuine scope for progression in a supportive and forward-thinking practice.
This role would appeal to a Solicitor who thrives on client contact, enjoys a varied caseload and wants to be an active, visible member of a prominent employment team.

The role
You'll provide employment law advice and representation to employer clients, covering:
- Employment tribunal claims and associated preparatory work
- Day-to-day employment and HR advisory queries
- Drafting and updating employment contracts, policies and procedures
- Negotiating settlement agreements and managing employee relations matters
- Providing employment law input on corporate and commercial deals
- Delivering client training sessions and supporting business development initiatives
About you
This role would suit an Employment Solicitor who:
- Holds 2+ years' PQE gained in employment law
- Is comfortable running their own caseload with appropriate support
- Has good communication skills with both clients and colleagues
- Is commercially minded, organised and adaptable
- Values being part of a close-knit, collaborative team
