Job Description
EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR, 1-3 PQE, HAMPSHIRE, £50,000 - £60,000 DOE - Join an award-winning Employment team at a Legal 500 Top Tier firm, offering high-quality work, excellent career development and a collaborative culture, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a growing and highly regarded team. JOB REF:

• Join a leading Employment team advising both employers and employees across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
• You will draft contracts, agreements, policies and procedures and provide employment support on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing and TUPE.
• Advise on employment disputes and prepare Tribunal cases, with opportunities to undertake advocacy where appropriate.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to departmental and firm-wide business development and marketing initiatives.
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 1-3 years' PQE and experience gained within an established Employment department.
• You will possess excellent technical and client care skills, strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to develop client relationships.
