• Annual Salary: £50k - £56k plus bonus (£8k - £15k)
• Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
• Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (up to 1 day work from home)

Join our Legal 500 award-winning Employment Team at a top-tier legal firm, where a new opportunity has opened for a talented Employment Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE. This role offers the chance to work alongside industry-leading partners and contribute to a team known for its strategic, commercially focused advice.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Drafting contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures.
• Providing corporate support and advising on all employment-related issues connected with mergers, acquisitions, contracting out, and the effect of TUPE.
• Advising on a full range of employment-related disputes and problems affecting both employers and employees.
• Preparing Tribunal cases and providing representation at hearings, where appropriate.
• Playing an active role in departmental and firm-wide business development and marketing initiatives.
• Responsible for the creation and development of client relationships.
• Working both as part of the team as well as taking the lead on specific projects and activities.
• Supervising more junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Solid experience working in an established and recognised Employment Department.
• A track record of developing new client relationships.
• Excellent client care skills.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
