Employment Solicitor

Eventus Legal is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join an ambitious and progressive law firm that provides their clients with high-quality tailored advice and solutions based in Dublin. This is a permanent full-time job position. The incoming Employment Solicitor will be joining a well-established team that manages a wide range of cases, working with startups to large national organisations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting claimants, usually company directors and senior management.
• Advising on employment issues on the sale or transfer of a business.
• Negotiating Settlements and Exits.
• Advising foreign companies establishing in Ireland or with an existing presence in relation to Irish HR issues.
• Representing senior management and employees in relation to exiting employment including attending mediation where appropriate.
• Contract policy documents.

The incoming Employment Solicitor will have experience in handling a varied caseload, with 1+ years' PQE in Employment Law. They must be professional, approachable, and driven to succeed. Desirably, experience in staff incentive programmes, share option schemes, RSUs and similar schemes. However, this is not essential.
