A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a reputable Legal 500 law firm in Telford. This is a full-time, permanent role offering two days of hybrid working.

This Employment Solicitor role is with a leading Legal 500 law firm with offices throughout Shropshire and Herefordshire.

The Role

Our client is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its Shropshire or Hereford offices, working on a wide range of employment matters for both claimants and respondents. You will join a small but motivated team, gain exposure to high-quality work and work closely with a Partner.

You

To be considered for this Employment Solicitor role, you will ideally have 4-6 years' PQE with an in-depth understanding of employment law matters. You will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, commercial awareness and an aptitude for business development.
