Employment Solicitor (4-5 Years' PQE)

We are a friendly, well-established Nottingham practice looking to welcome an Employment Solicitor with around 4-5 years' PQE to our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys high-quality work, a supportive environment, and the chance to build strong client relationships without the pressure of bringing a caseload with them.

About the Role

You will handle a broad range of employment matters, acting for both employers and employees, with the autonomy to manage your own files and the support of an experienced wider team. The role would suit someone confident with advisory and contentious work alike.

While you do not need to bring work with you, we value people who are comfortable being "out and about", doing light business development, staying connected in the local market, and speaking with clients and contacts.

Working Arrangements

• Hybrid working is available once settled-initially office-based, with the potential for half-days from home.

• Preference for office presence where possible to maintain collaboration and team culture.

• On-site parking available.
