On behalf of our client, a highly regarded and fast-growing law firm, we are looking to recruit an ambitious Employment Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join their dynamic Employment team. About the Team
The Employment team specialises in providing clear, commercially focused advice to employers across a broad range of sectors. From ambitious SMEs to multinational corporations, the team helps clients navigate complex workplace issues and minimise risk with practical, tailored solutions.
You'll advise on matters including:
- Employment contracts and service agreements
- HR policies and procedures
- Workplace disputes and disciplinary matters
- Redundancy and restructuring
- Settlement agreements and negotiated exits
- TUPE and employment-related business transfers
- Employment Tribunal claims
- Equality, diversity and discrimination
Your Role
You'll take ownership of a varied caseload of predominantly Respondent work, providing day-to-day advice to employer clients as well as guidance on more complex matters such as restructures and TUPE.
You'll also:
- Offer strategic advice to HR teams and senior management
- Represent clients in negotiations and Employment Tribunals
- Assist with training and internal know-how
- Get involved in business development and the team's growth
About You
- A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in employment law
- Strong technical knowledge and a commercial approach
- Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted client relationships
- A team player who enjoys collaboration but can work independently
