Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on-site expectation)
A new opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE to join a leading Thames Valley law firm renowned for its commercial edge and progressive culture.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your caseload and play a key role in the team's continued growth and success. The role will involve:
- Advising employer clients on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
- Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings.
- Supporting corporate transactions through due diligence and employment advice.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting the team's business development initiatives and thought leadership.
- Be a qualified solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE in employment law.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice.
- Have experience advising employers across a range of sectors.
- Show excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be commercially aware and confident in dealing directly with clients.
