Employment Solicitor - 2-5 PQE

Location: Worcester (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

I'm working with a highly regarded regional law firm that's looking to grow its standout Employment team with the addition of a solicitor at the 2-5 year PQE mark. The team is Legal 500 recognised, Chambers-ranked, and made up of ten employment specialists spanning contentious and non-contentious work.

You'll be based out of Worcester, with hybrid flexibility and a strong support network from day one. The role offers a great mix of employer and employee work - think TUPE, redundancies, tribunal claims, contracts and policies, and high-level advisory. There's real variety here, alongside the chance to build your own profile through BD, seminars, and article writing.
