Employment Solicitor - Locum, 2+ PQE, West Sussex/Hybrid, 3 months fixed term contract, circa £40 per hour.

A reputable organisation is seeking an immediately available employment solicitor to join their team on a three month contract to cover sick leave. The role offers a competitive salary along with flexible working arrangements. JOB REF: 3192

Responsibilities

• Managing and progressing legal cases within the region while representing members across a range of legal and regulatory settings.
• Advocating for members in employment tribunals, courts, internal hearings, and proceedings before regulatory bodies.
• Providing legal advice to colleagues, supporting professionals with legal issues, and contributing to training and guidance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with over two years' PQE in employment law, experience managing casework and supporting training initiatives.
• Strong analytical ability, excellent communication, advocacy, negotiation skills, and ability to produce clear legal documentation and explain complex issues effectively to colleagues and members.
