A leading international law firm is looking to add a Senior Associate to its highly regarded Employment team in Leeds.

The Role
  • Employment Senior Associate (5+ PQE)
  • Highly competitive salary and benefits package
  • Flexible hybrid working model (3 days office-based minimum)
  • Advising on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
  • Supporting major UK and international clients across multiple sectors
  • Handling complex tribunal litigation, whistleblowing and business protection issues
  • Advising on large-scale projects including outsourcing and restructuring exercises
  • Developing close, trusted client relationships and taking a leading role on matters
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across Employment and wider firm practice areas
  • Using technology and innovative tools to enhance client service
  • Active involvement in business development and client growth initiatives
  • Playing a senior role in mentoring, supervising and developing junior lawyers
The Candidate
  • Ideally 5+ years PQE in employment law
  • Experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Technically excellent with a commercial and pragmatic approach
  • Confident working directly with clients and managing relationships
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and professional development
  • Interested in innovation, technology and improving service delivery
  • Keen to collaborate across teams and contribute to firm-wide initiatives
  • Supportive team player who enjoys developing less experienced colleagues
