Employment Law Partner/Legal Director
Reading Hybrid Working £90,000-£130,000+ DOE
Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor looking for a genuine opportunity to step into a Partner or Legal Director role?
Our client is highly regarded for Employment Law in Reading and is looking to strengthen its team with a senior Employment lawyer who can help drive the continued growth of the practice.
You'll advise a strong client base on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including Tribunal claims, senior exits, settlement agreements, TUPE, restructures, disciplinary and grievance issues, contracts and strategic employment advice.
There is genuine scope to develop your own client relationships, generate new business and play a key role in growing the Employment practice.
We're looking for:
- An experienced Employment Solicitor at Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner level
- Strong technical expertise across contentious and non-contentious Employment Law
- A proven ability to build trusted client relationships
- A commercial and entrepreneurial approach
- A desire to contribute to business development and practice growth
