Employment Litigation Lawyer (Senior Associate/Legal Director)

An international law firm with a global reach, with offices across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Central Asia, Europe and the Middle East is seeking a Senior Associate/Legal Director to join their practice.

The role will principally sit in the London office, although the firm will consider candidates from their Leeds, Birmingham or Manchester offices.

You will advise on complex employment litigation and disputes, supporting on cross-jurisdictional mandates with international teams.

This will include acting for a broad client base, from multinationals to high growth businesses.

Additionally, you will lead on matters and mentoring Junior Lawyers.

• You will be 12 PQE with a strong focus on contentious employment law, with experience of handling complex tribunal and High Court matters
• You will have an interest in business development and team leadership

You will join a truly global platform with cross border work as standard, with a strong pipeline of high value, complex disputes.

The role also offers a clear pathway to Director level/senior leadership, in a collaborative, well supported environment with flexible working.
