THE ROLE

We have a role for a talented Employment Lawyer 6 - 8 PQE to join a highly ranked Employment Department

The work will be wide ranging handling both contentious and non-contentious work including advising corporates and senior employees on the following:

• Corporate reorganisations - TUPE
• Disciplinary proceedings and grievances
• M&A transactional work, due diligence and corporate support
• Drafting employment contracts, staff handbooks, consultancy agreements, NDAs, and settlement agreements
• Tribunal / Court work

As a key member of a busy team, you will also be expected to assist with managing and mentoring junior team members

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you will be a talented employment lawyer looking to make a career move to a new and challenging role

You will be confident acting for both employers and senior employees as a key member of a successful and growing employment law team

Ideally you will have proven marketing and business development skills
