An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Lawyer to join a dedicated and expanding team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of high quality work across both contentious and non contentious employment matters, working with clients across a variety of industries.
DAY TO DAY:
- Managing a varied caseload of employment law matters
- Advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious issues
- Supporting on complex cases as part of a wider team
- Drafting legal documents and providing strategic advice
- Participating in marketing and business development initiatives
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2-3 years' PQE
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
- Able to manage multiple matters independentlyProactive, organised and client-focused
