Employment Lawyer - International Bank

We are working with a leading financial institution and seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join the legal team. This is a broad and high-profile role, advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing advice on complex employment law issues
• Managing employment tribunal claims and liaising with external counsel where required.
• Partnering with HR and business stakeholders on contentious matters and investigations.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies.
• Monitoring and interpreting employment-related regulatory changes.

Skills Required

• Qualified lawyer with at 3-10 years' PQE in employment law, gained in a leading law firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Background in financial services or another regulated environment is desirable.
