TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client to recruit a temporary Employment Advisor in Cork.

Location: Cork City

Hours: Full time hours Monday to Friday

Contract: Temporary 3 month initial contract

Pay-rate: €41,021 starting salary per annum

The Job Coach will support service users in securing and maintaining employment through tailored guidance, coaching, and practical assistance.

• Assist service users in identifying employment opportunities and securing suitable roles.
• Provide interview preparation and CV preparation support.
• Deliver one-to-one coaching to support personal and professional development.
• Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities.
• Meet with employers to promote service users and create employment pathways.
• Support service users throughout the job application process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and outcomes.
• Carry out administrative duties related to case management and reporting.
• Provide ongoing support to service users post-employment where required.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Third-level qualification in social care, business, hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience in social care, charity/not-for-profit sector, or a sales/customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with service users and employers.
• High level of resilience and ability to work in a challenging environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Full clean driver's licence.
• Willingness to travel to meet employers (expenses provided).
• Ability to work on-site Monday to Friday (no hybrid working).
