Content Creator - Social Media/Employer Branding/Storytelling/Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Lightroom
Project:
We are seeking a creative individual with a background in media technology, multimedia design, or digital marketing for a Content Creator position. In this role, you will create target-group-oriented content for social media and digital channels. With compelling storytelling and visual content, you will support employer branding and strengthen the perception of the employer brand.
Responsibilities:
. Conceptualizing and creating social media content with a focus on employer branding.
* Developing and implementing storytelling concepts for digital channels.
* Designing and editing images and graphics using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Lightroom.
* Preparing content for the target group to authentically represent the employer brand.
* Optionally, depending on experience: Participation in the conception and production of videos.
Requirements:
* Experience in creating social media content in the field of employer branding.
* Experience in storytelling for digital channels, preferably in the finance/banking sector.
* Knowledge of graphic design and image editing, for example with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Lightroom.
* Experience in video production is an advantage.
* Ideally, at least three years of professional experience in digital marketing.
