Employee Relations Specialist: Complex Caseload & Manager Coach

Carrington Blake Recruitment is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to provide expert support in managing complex employee casework. You will collaborate closely with the Lead ER Manager, ensuring a consistent and legally compliant service while working primarily at our Farringdon office with hybrid working arrangements.

Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in advising on employee relations, strong understanding of employment law, and excellent coaching skills. You will also manage a high-volume caseload and engage with trade unions.
