Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor with a strong focus on employee relations to join our HR team. You will be the ER SME, guiding managers on complex people matters while ensuring legal compliance and policy adherence.

You will address disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, and organizational change cases, and help develop HR policies, training, and management capability across the organisation.
