Employee Relations Specialist - Hybrid

Willis Towers Watson's GB Employee Relations team is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support across Health, Wealth and Career, Risk and Broking and Corporate segments with end-to-end ER case management. You will partner with ER specialists and leads to guide managers, ensuring compliant guidance and best practices in HR policies and procedures.

You will contribute to projects, analyze ER trends, and help ensure TUPE and redundancy processes are completed with due diligence.
