Employee Relations Specialist - Coach Managers & Policies

Yeo Valley Production Ltd is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join the People & Culture Team. You will provide expert, commercially-focused advice on disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance matters across Highbridge and Blagdon.

You will coach managers, ensure policies are legally compliant, and identify trends from case data to drive improvements and training.
