Employee Relations Partner

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a values-driven business that is currently seeking an Employee Relations Partner to join them on an initial 8-week contract.

This role can be based in central Liverpool and you will work from home 3 days per week.

The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate up to £19.40 per hour.

As a successful Employee Relations Partner, you will be responsible for;

• Managing complex employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies, absences etc.
• Producing accurate case management records
• Supporting with hearings / project meetings etc.

The ideal Employee Relations Partner will have the following;

• Have extensive employee relations experience and strong employment law knowledge
• CIPD qualified or through experience
• Ability to start immediately
