Employee Relations Partner - Amsterdam
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Contract: 6 months
Hours: 40 hours per week

*Urgent 6 Month Contract*

This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *Preparing investigation reports and providing clear recommendations.*

The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join their People Advisory team. You will lead employee relations investigations across the Netherlands and EMEA while providing expert advice to HR and business leaders on complex workplace matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex employee relations investigations from start to finish.

  • Prepare investigation reports and provide clear recommendations.

  • Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders on employee relations cases.

  • Advise managers and HR on complex workplace issues.

  • Support conflict resolution and mediation where appropriate.

  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to employee relations practices.

  • Help develop consistent employee relations processes across the organisation.

About You

  • Experience in Employee Relations, HR, Compliance, or Legal.

  • Proven experience managing workplace investigations.

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with integrity.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience delivering training or workshops is an advantage.
