Job Description
We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Hampshire, who are recruiting for an ER Partner on a temporary 3-month contract. The position is due to start early/mid June. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £21 via an Umbrella company.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling ER casework independently, managing up to 5 live cases at one time, and be able to present findings whilst coaching line managers.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Provide high-level HR advice, support, and guidance to key stakeholders
- Manage complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and long-term absences
- Apply HR policies, best practices, and employment law to support organisational objectives
- Coach managers on recruitment, employee relations, staff welfare, and performance management
- Maintain HR systems, ensure accurate reporting, and support policy writing projects where required
Experience required:
- Experience working in the public sector
- Experience coaching on ER
Skills, knowledge, and expertise required:
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Access to own vehicle
- Willingness to travel to sites as needed
Working hours:
- 37 hours per week
- Monday - Thursday, 9am-5pm
- Friday, 9am-4:30pm
