Employee Relations Leader Hybrid Role & Coaching

Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) is seeking an Employee Relations Lead to drive all ER matters across the organisation from our Liverpool base. The role partners with managers to balance risk with pragmatic, people-focused solutions in a hybrid working model.

You will lead end-to-end ER case management, coach managers, develop HR policies, and provide data-driven insights to HR leadership. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience with regulated environments are essential.
