Employee Relations HR Advisor

Well Placed HR is delighted to be partnering with a respected and established charity to recruit an experienced Senior HR Advisor, with an emphasis on Employee Relations.

You'll play a key role in supporting managers, developing people initiatives, and helping to shape an exceptional employee experience across the organisation.

The Role

As Senior HR Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to managers and leaders, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle while helping to drive positive people outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on a wide range of employee relations matters
• Supporting recruitment and talent attraction activities
• Coaching and developing managers on people management best practice
• Contributing to workforce planning and organisational development initiatives
• Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing and culture-focused projects
• Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and effectively
• Using people data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement

About You

We're looking for a confident and proactive Senior HR Advisor who enjoys building strong relationships and finding practical solutions to people challenges.

The ideal candidate will bring

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor role
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Experience managing employee relations cases
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
• CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous
