Employee Relations Partner (6-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Frazer Jones are seeking a highly experienced Employee Relations (ER) Partner to join a financial services business on a 6-month fixed term contract. This role will play a key role in delivering expert employee relations support to the UK operations within a dynamic and highly regulated FS environment.
Working closely with the Head of HR and the HR People Partner team, you will support the delivery of organisational change processes including:
Redundancy and restructuring (including collective consultation)
Disciplinary and grievance processes
Performance management
Absence management
Capability and conduct cases
Transfers of Undertakings - Protection of Employment (TUPE)
Change to terms and conditions of employment
My client is looking for someone with extensive knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practice. This will ideally have come from a large scale, fast paced, commercial environment. You must have a proven track record supporting organisational change including redundancy, TUPE, and restructuring.
