Employee Relations Case Specialist

EY in Birmingham is seeking an ER Advisor to join the HR team. You will provide high-quality employee relations advice to managers on absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance management and safeguarding, ensuring cases are handled professionally and in line with employment law and EY policy.

You will actively manage a caseload, escalate complex queries to the HR Manager, and keep up to date with data protection and HR system records.
