Employee Relations Advisor

Elevation HR are on the hunt for an Employee Relations Advisor for one of our healthcare clients in the North-East on a full-time, permanent basis- this will be around the North Tyneside area.

We're looking for a passionate and people-focused Employee Relations Advisor to join our client in this hybrid, field-based role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on-site, building relationships, and supporting managers to navigate employee relations with confidence.

You'll work closely with operational leaders across multiple locations, coaching, advising, and partnering with them to create positive, high-performing teams. Key areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to:

• Act as a trusted advisor on all employee relations matters across multi-sites
