Employee Relations Advisor - Hybrid (6 Month FTC)

RS Group is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor in Corby for a hybrid, fixed-term contract. You will support managers across IS&T, Customer Experience and Finance, handling complex ER cases and advising on best practice while maintaining legal compliance.
