Employee-Owned Production Operator Fresh Veg Packaging

Riverford is hiring a Production Operative at Wash Farm, Buckfastleigh, Devon for a 6-month fixed-term contract (39 hours per week, Sunday-Thursday including Bank Holidays). You will pack veg boxes, monitor quality, and help keep the production area clean while working as part of a supportive team.

Preferred candidates have prior production/warehousing experience, can work in a cold environment, lift crates, and communicate clearly in English.
