Description Overview

As an Employee Lifecycle specialist, you will be a key member of the Employee Lifecycle team, part of our People Solutions function, with the mission of supporting the execution of HR services that deliver value to the organization while driving efficiency, effectiveness, and a superior employee experience.

Scope of the Role

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the resolution of complex inquiries and support requests raised by employees, managers, and HR colleagues.
  • Act as a point of escalation for ELC coordinators, engaging relevant specialists and escalating to Regional HR teams, HRBPs or appropriate COEs when necessary.
  • Partner with COEs & HRBPs to understand upcoming strategy, policy and program changes and enable within the ELC team.
  • Support & lead on process optimization and project management for processes moving to the ELC team.
  • Participate in subject matter expert groups.
  • HR systems implementations & enhancements-work with country related HR & subject matter experts to understand business needs, partner with HR technology, and coordinate process change management.
  • Monitor immigration compliance across the employee lifecycle in all countries under your domain, flagging renewals and potential issues and escalating to relevant specialists.
  • Advise and work with ELC coordinators on HR processes, improvements & best practices.
  • Proactively ensure all Tier 0 (self service) information and guidance on employee lifecycle processes is up to date, relevant and accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all Employees & People Managers even in challenging situations by maintaining respect and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Monitor adherence to defined KPIs including SLAs and utilize leading measures to identify issues early and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, providing meaningful insights to improve end to end process performance.
  • Translate trends into action plans.
  • Ensure high quality collaboration with all other People Solutions teams for alignment and consistency of services delivered.
  • Foster a culture of service excellence within the team and role model best practices.

Projects & Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead and contribute to projects and initiatives that support the employee lifecycle team and the wider People Solutions continuous improvement agenda.
  • Provide training and support to end users and key stakeholders on Employee Lifecycle processes at Perrigo.
  • Continuously improve ways of working, streamlining and simplifying activities, and automating lower value tasks while maintaining excellent customer experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Experience Required Service Delivery
  • Ability to manage cases, oversee multiple workloads and resolve complex multi step processes.
  • Experience in a multi national, multi lingual and culturally diverse environment both locally and remotely.
  • Excellent knowledge of case management practices and systems with advanced functionality.
  • Efficient use of MS Office and other key business tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Previous experience with an HR case management system.
Legal & Regulatory
  • Knowledge of relevant employment law and local regulations.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy laws.
Development of Self & Others
  • Comfortable ensuring all stakeholders are fully trained on employee lifecycle processes for a "right first time" approach.
  • Comfortable giving feedback to individuals and small groups to ensure service delivery remains effective and efficient.
  • Proactive problem solving to resolve data errors and share knowledge with stakeholders.
Language & Communication
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and engagement skills to work with all levels of business leadership, users and functional teams.
  • Confidently deliver services and engage with business partners and customer groups.
  • Fluent in two or more languages (one of them English), preferably Spanish or German.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferably.
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in HR services delivery environment.
  • Experience with standard operating processes and procedures.
