Employee Benefits Specialist (Hybrid, Growth Role)

This role is based in Preston and operates on a hybrid model, three days in the office and two at home after probation.

The package includes £35,000 basic salary plus a bonus of up to £5,000, 25 days' holiday (plus bank holidays) with option to buy/sell up to five extra days, two home-working days each week, flexible core hours 10am-2pm, and an Employee Assistance programme with unlimited counselling and access to virtual doctors.
