Overview

We are an ambitious, growth oriented employee benefits intermediary based in the South, looking to expand our client portfolio.

Role

Manage a portfolio of smaller SME and mid market clients for an established wealth management client. The role involves a mix of desk based and face to face advice, building and maintaining long term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored benefits advice and support to a portfolio of SME and mid market clients.
• Deliver desk based and face to face advice, maintaining strong client relationships.
• Advise on corporate benefits and support client portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with the wealth management client team to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Associate Benefits Consultant or Junior Benefits Consultant.
• Proven track record in a client facing role within an intermediary.
• Strong ability to build and sustain long term relationships.
• Driven to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
