Employee Benefits Account Manager - Hybrid & Growth

NFP, part of the Aon group, is expanding its UK Benefits team and seeks an Employee Benefits Account Manager in the Birmingham area. You'll look after a portfolio of clients, providing administrative support and owning client service delivery with the Consultant.

Key tasks include renewals, onboarding of new clients, preparing summaries and reports, and researching market trends to support growth. Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
