Employability Skills Tutor - Career Readiness & ILPs

Maximus is hiring a Trainer to deliver adult employability skills in a Birmingham city centre office with some travel around the area. The role is full time (37.5 hours) on a permanent contract with a basic salary of 28k-32k.

You will assess learners, develop individual learning plans, and deliver both accredited and non-accredited interventions focusing on English, Maths, Digital and Soft Skills to prepare learners for further learning and employment.
