Job PurposeYou will perform general administrative duties for the Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health team, focusing on priority areas as directed by your line manager, and ensuring practitioners and managers are well supported administratively so that delivery and operational oversight is maximised.
Required skills: IT literate, Microsoft Office, awareness of data protection legislation, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Hours of Work20 hours per week, ideally spread across Monday to Friday, with flexibility considered.
Main Responsibilities- Process referrals and add to client record system.
- Support practitioners and managers maintaining waiting lists, arranging appointments and allocating sessions.
- Book rooms and venues and liaise with external providers.
- Provide professional and customer focused service for children, young people, families and professionals.
- Support managers with prepaid card administration, invoice processing, data checking and reporting.
- Perform additional administrative tasks to support the wider service.
- Assist production of leaflets, posters and promotional material; promote EWMH services among agencies and referrers.
