Emerging Talent Manager
Salary: in the region of £50,000 plus car allowance, annual bonus and enhanced pension
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Hybrid - Cannock, WS11 8JP

- Responsible for managing and delivering comprehensive emerging talent programmes including apprenticeships and graduate programs within Veolia.
- Drive talent acquisition and development initiatives, build key partnerships with educational institutions and create effective learning pathways for emerging talent.
- Responsible for the full life cycle of emerging talent programmes from attraction, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, reward, recognition and benefits, progression and performance, retain/exit and the alumni.
- Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success and participant development.
- The role also oversees the Apprenticeship provision including early careers and upskilling utilizing this learning intervention to drive career learning through Veolia whilst maximising the spend of Veolia's apprenticeship levy.
- Previous recruitment experience in either agency or in house environments - ideally within early careers, graduates or apprenticeships.
- Demonstrate relevant experience and expertise in program development, stakeholder management and apprenticeship frameworks.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and business partners.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems, with Workday knowledge being advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative working skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
