EMEA VP, Customer Success - Scale Global Impact (Hybrid)

WRITER in London is seeking a Vice President, Customer Success, EMEA to lead the region's CS organization and partner directly with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 executives. You will own retention and growth, scale a world-class team, and define how enterprises measure success in the agentic era.

You'll report to the COO and work closely with the CEO and CRO on WRITER's next growth phase. This is a hybrid role based out of our London hub.
